PROJECT MANAGER
Experience: 2–3 Years

Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee assigned real estate development projects from start to finish
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, building codes, and QA/QC protocols
- Engage with clients to understand needs and ensure on-ground implementation aligns with expectations
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and team performance; regularly report updates to stakeholders
- Assign tasks, support, and guide the project team to ensure optimal execution
- Collaborate effectively across departments and with external consultants for seamless project delivery
- Evaluate project deliverables and suggest or implement necessary improvements
